This policy explains how Quill (a trading name of Bright Sustainability Ltd) uses cookies on our marketing website at www.quillsign.app. The signing application at app.quillsign.app does not use cookies for tracking or analytics — authentication uses a JSON Web Token stored in your browser's localStorage. See the privacy notice for the full picture.
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Some are essential for the site to function; others are optional and help us understand how the site is used. The banner on your first visit lets you accept all, reject all but essential, or pick category by category.
Required for the site to function. Always on.
cc_cookie — first-party, set by us. Stores your cookie consent choices so
we don't ask again on every visit. Expires after six months.
Help us understand which pages people find useful. Only loads if you opt in. Data is processed by Google LLC (USA) — see Google's privacy policy.
_ga, _ga_* — third-party, set by Google Analytics. Distinguish
users. Expire after two years.
_gid — third-party, set by Google Analytics. Distinguishes users. Expires
after 24 hours.
Currently unused. We do not run advertising campaigns at present, so no marketing cookies are set even if you opt in. If this changes we will update this policy before any marketing cookies are introduced.
The third-party cookies above are set by Google. When they load, the data they collect (including IP address and usage data) is transferred to and processed by Google LLC in the United States. These transfers rely on the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Google's standard contractual safeguards.
The signing application itself stores all personal data in the European Union (Supabase and Vercel EU regions) and does not transfer signer data outside the EU/UK.
Click the button — either here or in the footer of any page — to reopen the consent modal and change your choices. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings; most browsers offer this under privacy or security. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working as intended.
